What do you guys think? I have head studs 264 hks cams titanium springs and retainers and a metal HG cometic. Think my setup could handle a 50 trim sized turbo and hopefully get 450whp in pump and not blow my engine?
I'm sure your engine could handle, I currently run a 50 trim on 29 pounds of boost. Only I'm on e-85, on a stock 7 bolt. On pump gas you won't be able to run as much boost, I was only able to get around 23 before it started knocking. It'll be hard to get to 450 on pump gas but this turbo pulls hard over 20 lbs. And at that level your gonna want to start worrying about traction.
Just make sure you have a good tune if you want the motor to last. That's the key, the tune.

. Can't we live in a world where all Dsm guys and gals get along, and show respect for others choice in drivetrain. I mean come on, come to the highway with your launch see who's laughing then.
