This is probably a dumb question, but what is the part called that holds the front suspension in place and bolts up to the knuckle in a 1g? Does anyone know where i can find this part? :hmm:

You can find more details here

the two nipples are the thermo valve that actuates the EGR (most likely gone or blocked on your car), the sensor as stated before is the A/C water temperature switch (again A/C has been most likely removed on your car since the harness to the compressor is not connected in the first pic).

Run a line from your wastegate to your manifold or to your j-pipe nipple. Do you have a nipple on your j-pipe?

What is this for?

This will set your boost level max technically to what the wastegate actuator is at. Usually 9-11 depending on stock turbo you have.
From other pics you have posted, im assuming you have a 6 bolt water neck and thermostat housing. The white sensor in second pic is a/c temp switch for 1g cars.. you dont need it on your 97. As far as the connector check out http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/art...047-2g-engine-bay-electrical-connections.html
i cant remember what that is for actually..ill look it up later.

Where does this vacuum hose go? It is right behind the fans near the bottom, passenger side.

this is on the drivers side firewall looks like a vacuum should be on there.

The one on the bottom goes to your Throttle where it is labeled PEA. That is where the E and A attach.
The top vac line attaches to your intake. There should be a small nipple it slides on.

Did someone remove and cap all of your evap system?
If they did, this should not be a problem.

i have no idea what was done to the car. I believe it has a 6 bolt swap. Top and bottom? They are left and right.

Oh just take the damn thing off were not trying to find the circumference of the thing but rather the diameter. Not trying to find out how long the circle is around. Take the clamp off and put a tape measurer down the middle of it and theres your answer.

Pipes are measured in DIA NOT CIRCUMFERENCE
