Talked to it lovingly, and still debated what I'm going to do for fuel with him. Drive a couple hours one way and fill a bunch of cans w/ E85 and just drive it sparingly? Or just order a 5 gallon jug of BoosTANE Pro that will make 100oct for like $4.38 a gallon including cost of gas.

Decisions, decisions. Both are fairly valid. E85 would be way too tempting to push max power, where as pump gas and boostane would give me some headroom but not tempt me to push it.
Sure.....once you taste E.....ROFL

Picked the car up from fab shop , got rid of the hack job battery relocation and planned out what’s left to do before I can Start driving again.

Started getting my car ready for the body shop. Removed old ic and piping, radiator, lights, and cleaned everything out of the car. Supposed to be a beautiful day tomorrow so I'll be removing the interior. Can't wait to get her into body and paint!

Well still at it getting the underneath clean and prepped for undercoat. Subframe is all apart, spindles cleaned up and took emery cloth to the shaft and soaked backing plates all of which are waiting to go to powder coat after calipers are done.

Had some PDR done this week. That stuff is like magic. Now considering a vinyl wrap for the car.

Got my shipment of bolts and a coupler to fit the Dejon intake pipe to the Green. Speaking of said intake pipe, I'm in the process of painting it too. I didn't bother with removing all the old paint, just scuffed it up and sprayed it so it ain't gonna be perfect. But it'll look good and later I'll probably pull it and get it powdercoated.

Coming together now. I'm on the ambulance all weekend, but I'm aiming for next weekend to actually bolt the turbo completely up, and get it fully ready mechanically to start. Pictures of the intake pipe will be in my build thread after the paint dries for an hour or so.

Played around with line routing, have to change the feed for the turbo from the head to the OFH, mocked up the battery relocate and installed the bov and 1g upper T-stat housing

Just received an interesting item from Japan. Mitsubishi dealer's dedicated breakout box for 1g DSM and Galant ECU. It's even new old stock and I think this is super rare. No more back pain and hitting head with glove box by putting myself under glove box while inspecting signals from ECU 😂.

Where can us normies get one?

Unhooked her battery until STM gets me the pistons for the fresh shortblock.

Have around 650 miles on new clutch was about to go on a cruise today after work, seen and felt wire on one of my rear tires. (From tire camber) luckily..
Well was throwing some different rims and tires on. Thats after adjusting the coilovers up alittle for the bigger tires.
Felt the front driver wheel bearing little wobbly.. ( on the last wheel ) at that..
So there goes my little cruise after all that work. Well not that much work. Still broke a sweat tho. But yeah got some pics I guess..

Wired up gauges today, brakes worked on, a bit of cleaning, made a new list of things to do.
1. bleed brakes, bleed clutch

This is two things I'm really not looking forward to. Especially after changing all the brake lines. Lol.
