Passengers side fan
This comes on when coolant temp switch located at the bottom of the radiator reaches a certain temp. You can remove this connector and jump the wires on the connector to bypass the switch. If this turns on the fan, it need a...
I'm gonna say test the fans and make sure they're spinning the right way. Further still get rid of them and install oem. Lastly check temp at ecu instead of the gauge. You will double check it isn't just the gauge.
You might also do a leakdown...
Was really wierd. Wastegate was stuck so all the boost was comming out of the blow off valve at 23 psi. Tightens bov and then boost creep started so I replaced the waste gate and all good now.
Got this off of David Buschur several years ago when he was clearing room on the showroom walls. I’ve had it wrapped away in plastic for 7-8 years, found a good spot to hang it today. Wish I would’ve got a few of these. This one is Shep’s 1gb...
Unplug one injector while is running and check on the leak, do the same process on every injector and the leak should stop once you unplug the bad injector.
The fuel is definitely getting out of the combustion chamber somehow and all i can think of other than what tk said about a stuck open injector is a breach through the head gasket where raw fuel is escaping through the exhaust valves due to them...

A few days later when it wasn't freezing i went back outside to look over the car. There was a bunch of electrical gremlins like the starter not turning over with the key i needed to jump start it. So i dived head first into my least favorite...
I'll get into the engine bay wiring a little later but while i had the steering column out i wanted to address the the clutch and hydraulic system. The PO told me he stopped driving the car cause the clutch was toast. So without even bothering...
New cars suck, man. I love my edge. It’s comfortable, it rips(12’s in a heavy crossover pig suv rips idc what anyone says), but nothing replaces the DSM. It’s nice for a daily but once they’re out of warranty the dumbest f*****g things are...
Removed manifold and turbo that came on the car. To no surprise found a bad kink in the return line along with a leak. Painted the intercooler gunmetal as it was the only paint can I had on hand. Was poorly painted black.
Thanks, its really about removing stuff rather than adding it. Here's a list of stuff that's not there anymore. AC, evap and emissions, crusie control, vacuum line delete, battery relocation, fuse box relocation and a harness tuck as much as I...
So I've already rebuilt the trans but I got to tear it back apart to install this new 1-2 shift fork from white shed speed. But luckily the trans is still out if the car. Let me tell ya this thing is machine to perfection. I can't wait to run it...
