Ordered new 1997-1999 Headlights to start the swap on my 1995 GST. After I get the timing belt, oil filter housing, and tires replaced I'll order a 1997-1999 front/rear bumper, or purchase an aftermarket kit, along with aftermarket tail lights.
Looked under the car to see what is leaking
Confirmed I have a leak most likely from the return line gasket. Topped it off with oil and will address it when I have more time 🤣
Not only do I have a ton of those around the house from my kids cold and flu syrups but I have infinite access to them being in the medical field. This is the shit I’m talking about! Love this forum.
Well, its that time again. The weather is getting cold, snow is on its way, and another DSM has happened to find its way into hibernation in my garage. This one came from a classifieds ad that I'm sure some of you may have seen. I happened to be...
Wow I feel stupid after today. I didn't know that the 98/99 ECU wasn't able to be used for ECMLink. I was assuming it was the stock ECU. My only experience with ECMLink period is the tuning side, never installed or purchased one.Anyway after...
So the reason the fuel pump was not starting was because i screwed up one wire on the fuel pump relay while i did the fuel pump relay module bypass. Fix the issue and it started right up.
After tinkering a bit, i set it up for the front 02...

Some of yall who have been following my build thread have seen my adapter i made to keep my current 4" intake tube. For those who haven't here is the original one i made a few weeks back.It worked perfectly but was tight since its basically...
If you knew it wasn't tight enough, then why didn't you just tighten a bit more until stop squeaking? That would take just a few mins.
It didn't work because you didn't do it correctly. Applying 10kg of force by a finger is more pushing than you...
In the past that has led to squeaking for me. For me personally some sort of gauge is preferred.
My push strength and my eyesight can be different from anyone else's. I don't consider that a great method for checking tension. :)
But i get where...
