Chork make a gasket FTW.4th time doing this therm to head housing, and the chork holds,no leaks, besides a boost leak.F YAAAAAAA :hellyeah:

No, there's an actual gasket for thermostat housing to cylinder head, and if both surfaces are properly cleaned, a new gasket should have no problem sealing.

Told you!

My rail or the way i put the rail on is eating my orings..So I ordered two sets of them..I'mmmmm sooo irritated with the orings, and Im out of cigeretes.
Assuming you're talking about the fuel rail o-rings or fuel injector o-rings, it doesn't matter how you install them if they aren't designed for fuel.

I use lots of spit. :p

Trying to figure out a recurring idle issue I'm having where my O2 goes and reads 0 after driving for 30 or so seconds, intermittently.. doesn't happen all the time and cruise/WoT is pretty good. The lightest of tap on the throttle wakes it up, but it goes 0-0.03v again right after. Can't keep idle, and will stall out. I will need to start a thread on this because I'm not sure where the problem lies and I desperately need input.

i put them on dry..but i got the last two oring sets orileys had..im gonna put the injectors in the rail, then put them in the holes and see if putting them in was the problem..ive never had orings shread before.so it must be the way i was putting rail onto injector
