Right, the 2g uses RTV only while the 1g calls for a gasket. You could use RTV in place of the gasket if needed. But I was always taught to use RTV or a gasket, never both.

And some of you guys need to start breaking more stuff! LOL I can't even count how many times I've pulled the head. Hell, I built my engine before I even owned a boost controller.

Said F it and took the gasket off and used rtv.No leaks that I see.Driving the car later today.

Well I think the input shaft bearings took a dump..

So last minute rush order to ShepTrans.. here's hoping that and my cylinder head get back from the machine shop in time to put her on the dyno and still make it out for the Half Mile Shootout on 6/1!

Drove the car after 2yrs of sitting (Modding) and had my turbo seize up (cxracing 20g) oh well time for an hx35 I guess...

Finished one of the rims. I drove 14 hours round trip and paid $50 for them. The one I've refinished was the worse of them but came out great after about 4 hours of work. 3 to go!

Urbansmoker is there a part number on the 90 elbow off the housing? Right now all I have is a silicone coupler 90 but a "built for it" 90 like that would be pretty nice.

What did I do to my car today to stay on subject. Looked at it.

Thanks. I didn't know it was a 3" outlet. I saw one on ebay before and thought about buying it. At least now I have more info on it to decide. And a part number.
