Plan for tonight is to drain the main tank of the old gas, fill up both tanks on E85 and test prime the fuel system.

Curious to hear how loud the giant Magnafuel pump will be!

In 3 hours by myself I pulled the motor and tranny out.Iit started out nice at 55 degrees. In 2 hours it had dropped to 35 and was crazy windy .

Got my turbo off today. Looking at getting an evo 3 16g replacement but I don't know if I need a stock exhaust manifold or if I can use my aftermarket one. The evo turbo has a split intake to the turbine section where as my old turbo did not. And will the o2 housing bolt up to my aftermarket exhaust? My exhaust has more of a rounded diamond flange where as the evo turbo does not.

I put them in order of turbo turbine inlet and then exhaust manifold, followed by the turbine outlet side and my exhaust.

Either one will work, and both require modification to the downpipe, intake, and intercooler piping. Both require a custom manifold, but the evo 8/9 turbos additionally will require you to run a slim fan in front of the radiator

I can use a stock a/c fan on pass side with mine:D. But the heat sheild touches the intake pipe so I switched to slim just cause I had one laying around.

I never had issues with just one, but then i was still on the stock smic. Im probly going put a pusher fan on my talon. Even as cool as it was this morning, i was still seeing 210 in link. I think the stock thermostat isnt going to cut it. Going to a 180* tstat today, and making a test pipe. Cats gotta go

Theyre pretty sizeable compared to older 16gs. I dont know how mj has his done, but i used a piece of pipe about the same size as the outlet by 11/2 " long welded to a flange, with an angle bend rubber hose clamped to it

I just use the stock evo jpipe cut and rewelded facing the driver side.

Adjust my BOV dam car kept turn off on down shifts.....!!!! So now it runs great. Fixed my negative, door panel, key hole on door dam pin fell off and it went inside the door. Fixed all that filled up the tank and gave her a wash!!!!!
