Just needing some opinions here looks bad to me but maybe ok to some of you guys? I've heard some/most 16g cracking on the hotside but this is a 14b ran on 20psi. Thanks in advance
Just for heads up, I don't have much plans for "speed" on this car but I would like it to run low 13s at least, mid 12s would be awesome. ;) main concern is if i should replace this turbo?

I'd run that. Just make sure there aren't any peices about to flake off and destroy the turbine but you shouldn't have any problems as long as the cracks aren't clean through. Whats it look like on the outside?

i would replace or rebuild that, those cracks do expand when they get hot, so it will only get worser. Get a evo 3 will be good enough for 13s.

Definitly the route im heading if not a regular 16g

The more I look at it the more I think I would replace it. I take back my first post LOL time for an upgrade indeed!

Need replies fast because Im not sure what to do. So I just remembered I also have this 1g just siting at my house. So would you guys recommend I take the turbo off that one and switch them out, assuming 1g is in better conditions.
I found a small 16g for $175. But I could use those $175 for a custom 3" turbo back? See the dilemma?

I've seen housings cracked far worse than that which showed no issues. It depends how much is leaking around the wastegate hole as a result of the cracking.

The Evo III turbine housings are about 99% crack-proof, but they absolutely eat turbo-to-manifold and o2 housing bolts. The standard MHI housings are much less-prone to snapping bolts, but crack fairly easily.

Guess ill just leave this one in till it gives out. 3rd turbo that's was gonna be trashed by this car. 1st 2 prior to Ecu.

On the o2 housing which would flow better?
1g<2G OR 1g=2g
