If you guys are planning on going to the shootout this year I HAVE TO MEET YOU THREE!!!!!! This car just amazes me exspecially for how simple it is. I've seen way more radical buiuld for guys just to run twelves. I even look at my car and think its overbuilt for my goals considering a 16g does it just as well. Keep up the good work!!!!

Sounds like a plan. I'll be at the Milan Trav-l-park campground right off of rt 80. exit 418-420? When I go to the shootout I dont venture off the main roads so I'll have to find the bestwestern. Isn't that the place were all the crazy parties happen and jet skis in swimming pools? I'll be camping next to club michigan dsm as long as there plans haven't changed from years prior. Camping next to the 4g63 dune buggy was awesome 2 years ago. Do you guys go to cedar point as well? Its been a small tradition for my group to do cedar point saturday night.

I'm sure your car would give Top Thrill Dragster a run for its money on acceleration. ( I can be the judge of that)

I also need to work on getting a better front-mount, the one I have now is gaining 25* intake temps by the end of the 1/4mile (not good)!!!

Is water to air in your future plans to keep the temps down? A friend of mine has a pulling truck with water to air and its a weekend toy and he doesn't have issues. Although hes got alot more room to route the piping and ice chest.

He's running the same DeJon intercooler that he was using four years ago with a TD05H 20G, which was bought used and needed to have repairs done to the core. I don't think such a drastic step is needed....just an upgrade for an undersized and discontinued intercooler core.

Car just went 10.12 @ 144 a few hours ago after struggling with a boost control solenoid issue for the first part of the night. The first pass of the night was on wastegate pressure only, and he still didn't get the clutch switch wired up to properly do the no-lift into second.

At this point 9's are almost guaranteed with a good launch, but unfortunately funds will be short until the Shootout so the car most likely will not make another pass until Norwalk....so whoever's at the Shootout has to cheer Dave on for a 9-second pass!

Almost got a 9, but the track was packed, and just couldn't get enough seat time to get a beter launch!

I need a tripod if I'm doing that all the time....there's literally nowhere to put the camera, and you can't sit down or the fence will be in the way. With a tripod the camera action would be so much smoother!

I'm done wasting time, and done trying to save parts!!!
Next time I go to the track, I'm uping the launch rpm's and adding antilag!!! screw it, I have three spare rear diffs, three spare sets of rear axles, and 5 spare t-cases!!! I'm good to go.

I'm trying to step up little by little, so I don't destroy parts like last year, trying to find the sweet spot! Unlike last year when I just turned the launch rpms up to 7000 and didn't care, but thats why I only got one good run last year, each time I went to the track!
Next time to the track, I'm turning it to 6250 with antilag!

Nice runs. Man imagine if you dropped .3 off the line. You have 9s easy. I pull 1.7 60fts on my street tires. If your not spinning those slicks just a little off the line your not going hard enough. . I cant wait till the shootout it will be nice to meet you guys.
