Bye bye backseat, looks great as a safety measure though. How much does a real roll bar cost for the spyder?

attachment does not work... Can you post a pic? I would assume an actual "Roll bar" made of steel would help to stiffen the chassis and serve some function in a collision or roll-over accident, rather than spending $450 on a hollow piece of plastic so you can have a third and fourth brake light

Hope you can repost taht pic of the custom rollbar.
Im also looking for a bar that isn't cosmetic.
I had been picturing a bar like the light bar posted only out of a thicker pipe going across. With two supports the run from that bar down to where the back seat pad is. Tie in a a middle bar behind both seats and a couple cross members.

Happen to have any more larger pics from some different angles?
PM and ill send you my email address.

Looks pretty similar to the rx7 rollbar that I/O motorsports sells.

My rollbar was integrated with the back seats, but what the hell are you going to put back there.

Sorry to bring this very dead thread back up but I just bought one of these used, and having a conflict with the rear speakers and the bar. Do you have the instructions or pics of it mounting behind the speakers?

And the large gap because they are trying to be in the same spot
