i heard a noise coming from my head the other day so i pulled off my valve cover. i found a rocker arm sitting at the bottom of my cylinder head. do you think i bent my valves?

Ok I found a rocker fell off, no damage, how do I fix?Rocker's don't fall off for no reason. Best way to find out is to do a compression test. If the compression is good in that cylinder then you will just have to put the rocker arm back on and fire her up.
I'd try to figure out the cause so it won't do it again. My prediction is you've lost all compression on that cylinder from the bent valve.
First, you have to find what caused it and fix it. And then reinstall the rocker arm. Otherwise you would possibly drop it again sooner or later.Ok I found a rocker fell off, no damage, how do I fix?
