oil feed restrictor??

so what is the cheapest way to add on oil restrictor to my feed line? where would i find a restrictor??? and also would a 20g fit my manifold that is with my 16g???

Why not run a factory 1G feed line from the head if you're worried about too much pressure? These lines are literally less than $30 and have the proper pressure and restriction for a MHI turbo to survive on everything but highly modified race cars.

Yes the 20G should fit the same manifold, as long as the 20G does not have a T3 flange on the turbine housing inlet.
