Ok I think this is getting way off the topic my only point was that everyone seems to keep comparing these manifold to the magnus mani while the magnus has been shown to blow and break just like the "crappy" ebay ones. YEs I know the odds game but it's still a fact that has to be considered.

Of course they're going to compare it to a Magnus, it's a direct copy of the Magnus.

The same mentality that says it's ok to buy this manifold is the same mentality that says it's ok to buy pirated DSMLink setups.

The same old excuses, "it's cheaper", "the real thing costs too much"... blah blah blah

Since no one else would step up to the plate, I have. SSAutoChrome responded to my emails and is changing/removing there listings stating it's for a 1G. They also agreed to get me a 1G manifold to test out. I'll be the guinea pig, and I'll take it to the dyno's.
Maybe then that'll shut all of you up? No Probably not..
I'll post updates when I have it, I suspect it'll be a few weeks.

You'll need something larger than the 14b listed in your profile to make the test meaningful.

In other words, something that's going to hold boost to red line without dropping off or spiking.

I realize this. My profiles not completely up to date with my mods. I'll probably look for a 16g thats fried and I can rebuild, or find one cheap. If you know of anything, I'd love to hear it, hah.

16g ROFL

haha, I'm not made out of money Hal. I have bills and a girl to support. So unless you can find me a decent 50trim or 20g for <500$.
Otherwise don't laugh at me!!

I have to agree with Hal while i'm not laughing a smim is more for someone reving past stock rev limiter which would involve a turbo makin power beyond that point as well and the 16g is not the guy for the job.

I know, and thank you for not laughing. Maybe in a few months when I have some more money to play with I can give you guys better results. I'm getting a couple business' off the ground now, and money is slow.
But, either way, I'll be able to run one for a while, and test it out. At least I'll be able to offer some facts as opposed to none.

:thumb: Hey atleast yoru stepping up to the plate. Hell I would send you my dejon and I'll test it and you can run the dejon for a bit.

Hal, I wondered if you would let me ask you a few questions about your intake manifold tests. Since the links to the testing have expired I would just like to get your opinion on a few things since you conducted the tests.

This thread is a good example, the only guy that decided to buy this manifold and test it out was bragging about how fast his car will be with very little money and how this manifold OWNS!!! then a couple of weeks later it arrived to his door and it didn't match up. Mission aborted and we probably won't hear about his 12sec car...

I am well into the 12's thank you! I need to update my profile. I am pretty sure when the car gets back togather again I will get the high 11's. Thanks!

I dont remeber where I said it owns anything?

BTW I got the Motoria for free. I was going to test it out and let you all know the results. I sount make the one I had fit so I sent it back and bolted on a Magnus, havent looked back since.
Motoria is distributed by ssautochrome & xs-power, the seller is just using another account:notgood:

I received a e-mail response after asking him a few questions about the intake, at the bottom of my e-mail both websites were listedOMG

Sorry, all the information we have on this item is listed in the auction. Can not tell you what the future holds for new things. Thank you for your inquiry.
Please visit us on the web at

Uhmmm? Look at post number 21 on the first page. I posted in big bold letters that this was being sold by SSAC/XS Power. Just so you know they dont make anything, they just resell, so everything could be from a differant vendor. I am sure the FMIC kits made by one vender and the exhaust manifolds are made by another. I would like to see the 1G version of this Motoria... mabey it would work well for the price...

damn ,noone has actually used this manifold yet. Just a bunch of people talkin gabout the motoria, this is a totally different vendor, totally different builder.
