My clutch wont disengage!

Something may be wrong with you hydraulic system. Is your clutch pedal really easy or hard to push in?

If you still have a good clutch pedal then something may be wrong with your actual clutch.

I can't get my clutch to disengage when we have it jacked up and in first gear or any gear with the clutch pedal pressed the wheel still spin and it makes and awful noise when I shift.? Help?

First, proper english will take you far.

Does the slave cylinder move when you push the clutch in? Do you have all of your transmission bolts in place? How did you adjust the master cylinder? Your flywheel bolts coult be loose, your clutch springs could be blown out, your pressure plate fingers could be broken.

It makes an awful noise when you shift because you are grinding the shit out of your gears, did you not just say your clutch doesn't disengage in the same sentence?

Because flywheel step height thickness can cause a clutch to not be able to move the disc away from the friction material all the way.

Good luck.

First of all the clutch is new and so is the pressure plate second of all yes obviously the damn Slavs cylinder moves. This will be my third transmission and the vehicle has always had wheel spin when the clutch was engaged. I torqued the flywheel bolts to 100 pounds. I haven't adjusted the master cylinder I don't know how. So being an asshole is not going to help you or me thanks. Good luck.

Including this information in your original post would have been the smart thing to do, vague questions get vague answers.

This will be my third transmission

From the way it sounds I am not suprised.

and the vehicle has always had wheel spin when the clutch was engaged.

What does this even mean?

I torqued the flywheel bolts to 100 pounds. I haven't adjusted the master cylinder I don't know how. So being an asshole is not going to help you or me thanks. Good luck.

I don't need any help trust me. Attitude problems will get you nowhere but banned here, if you want people to help, this is not the way to get it. If you were smart you would inquire as to what I exactly mean by asking you these questions, but I'll let you figure out this issue on your own.

first I would watch who you are calling an asshole, he has many more knowledgeable posts then your 13. He was giving advice and YOU were the asshole.

EDIT: since its a 90 it's most likely a failing pedal assembly, in order for these clutch/hydraulic components to work correctly is TO MAKE SURE everything is working.

before being an asshole check:
-slave cylinder for leakage
-master cylinder for leakage
-wear in the pedal assembly * if no wear in pedal assembly move down next step *
-adjust the clutch correctly
-air in the hydraulic line from incorrect bleed
-check the position of the clutch fork- Example - -> [ I ] the "I" is the clutch fork if its positioned to the middle/right slightly(driver side) that's good, if its left towards the passenger it might need a small shim under the pivot ball.

More major(tranny removal)
-checking the step height on the flyweehl(doesn't matter if its new)
-clutch disc (making sure the springs are still intact)
-pressure plate (so the fingers are bent drastically)

Report back.

^ You forgot one. Check the throw out bearing!

+1 on the clutch pedal assembly. We are plagued by this problem. Almost all of the 1g's are worn out. JNZtuning can help you out on that.

I know I had 1 1/2" of slop in my pedal assembly, a worn slave and leaking master.
-Once replaced she shifted like a dream and disengagement/engagement were great and no Drag at high RPMs:ninja:
