clutch wont disengage

a couple of days ago my driver trans seal started leaking so i just kept topping up the tranny with fluid and on my way back from work my clutch was normal then it just started sinking slowly and now it will barely disengage at the floor. I checked the master cylinder for leakling fluid and removed the slave cylinder boot but its dry inside as welll as depressing the clutch and seeing if the clutch reservoir to see if it rised but it doesnt.. any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you adjusted the cables in the car, or the rod in the car under the dash?

Are you using a stock clutch/pressure plate? It could be that your slave cylinder pooped the bed?

i had the same poblem with my car last year. couldnt find fluid leaking anywhere but no clutch. it cost me a clutch grenading amongst a full tranny battery rad and air intake.. i replaced my slave and problem solved. 94allwheelsdsm has the right idea.

2g vehicles have non adjustable cables. I do agree with verifying the master cylinder adjustment rod to make sure you have max throw.

could just be bad seals on the plunger in the master cylinder, just not pushing the fluid in to the lines.

try having one person in the car while the other cracks the bleeder at the slave cylinder . tell the person in the car to pull the clutch pedal up if its down and push and hold the pedal to the floor . look and see if there is a good steady flow at the bleeder .tighten bleeder back up and if the pressure looked good then i would say that the slave cylinder is bad. i have seen them go but the master very rarely goes.
