Mine didn't come with hangers! Sucks balls. Anyway how the heck do I get it over the cross member? do I have to drop it?

You mean the rear axle? Requires a bit of finesse to do it. You gotta get at it in angles but it is doable.

I had to drop my cross member. It's only 2 or 4 bolts and takes a couple of minutes.
