Resolved Looking for lead on 4G63 N/A oversized pistons

Hello Everyone!
I'm rebuilding the engine on my 90 Galant GSX and need to find .03 over pistons and having a hard time finding them. Anyone have any leads on N/A Oversized Pistons. Thank you!

Which N/A pistons, you need the same as Galant GSX? There are various and are you specifically looking for OEM or OEM replacement pistons for stock 6 bolt rods? If so, NPR, Enginetech, DNJ, Topline etc etc. They have oversized 6 bolt N/A pistons.
Or if you are ok with aftermarket forged pistons, then custom pistons. You can make your desired compression ration.

I don't know if it's still available but NPR part number for 0.75mm/.030" oversized N/A piston kit is 10-540-3.

I am looking for OEM Replacements for stock 6 bolt rods. the car is 100% stock and I want to keep it that way. Ive looked down the path of going with a evo 8 piston since its the same compression but a good aftermarket oem replacement will be fine. I went with NPR for my VR4 but having a hard time finding them in no turbo applications and in a .03 oversize

You should ask Rockauto or some store that carry DNJ or NPR (NOA) products, if you can order part number P107.30 (DNJ 1G 6 bolt non turbo .030" piston), PR107.30 (DNJ 030" rings) or 10-540-3 (NPR .030" piston kit). Or maybe ask directly to DNJ or NPR of America. I think they are the only ones who can supply .030" oversized OEM replacement pistons.
Mitsubishi used to have .030" oversized pistons but I think it's not available anymore, and usually It's hard to find .030" over pistons with aftermarket off the shelf kit. It's because like I explained in the link below.

Don't you consider to cut cylinders for .040" oversized pistons? It would be much easier to source the pistons.

I was actually just looking at @RockAuto and they do have .03 and .04 on the site for the non-turbo from ITM Engine Components. Looking at the picture it does say 63D which indicates non turbo. I think im going to go that route. Thank you for your help! I always forget about rockauto.

Yeah if they have it in stock, should order it. Just make sure what diameter the wrist pins have, 6 bolt 21mm or 7 bolt 22mm.

Yes there is 93-94 4g63 7 bolt non turbo. And that's actually a tricky fact, I sometimes see some stores mix up listings. Well but even you receive 7 bolt pistons by accident, you can still use them by machining rod small end.

Wow. I learned something new! Yep I did a 2gpiston/1g rod setup on my vr4 so I already know a machinist that will do it locally. =)
