I'm going to convert this issue to a win (eventually). This will be a perfect bumper to cut access holes so I can fabricate side mount IC ducting.

Connected ECU pin 20 and 21 togeather at the fuse box in the engine compartment - now the AC fan comes on with the cooling fan via ECU control. lets see if this improves airflow arround the alternator.

20 years of stepper motor bouncing the tip off the zero mark on power up has finally snapped it. last time I checked if they could service it, they were still in business.

E3-02 is a match for the 7cm TD05H turbine housing. 2G-02 will be leaving the setup, and Down-pipe mods will be needed.

Its been a month of casually looking for a 2Ga bumper cover that can be shipped, and no luck. It's actually been easier to locate and purchase a bunch of the 2Gb parts instead.

I know you listed the oem front bumper part numbers, but the primer bumper in your pictures is just a generic eBay bumper. I’m pretty sure you’re aware of this but just thought I’d mention it

The oem 97-99 bumper has the diamond logo imprinted in the bumper and the eBay ones just have the blank triangle. It’s a minor detail, but you did ask about it in the 95-96 bumper thread and it’s a minor detail I can notice in the 97-99 bumpers too

yup, you can't get them this way now.

OSH had washers and screws to help fit the bumper and headlights.

Fit is good, I don’t have to modify the bumper mounting points. The thickness I think is different, because the 3-D printed bezels for the fog lights have some issues with this bumper.

The 2Ga ducting is definitely different, but close. I wanted to have the correct part so e-bay to the rescue.

Trim black on this 2Gb duct makes it look normal again

Can someone explain why the lower tabs on a 3D printed bezel have such a large gap to the bumper cover? Am I missing parts?
