I am just a little more conservative than you guys. I just want to get deep into the 13s preferably like a 13.2 or something. Just so I am able to tango with some stock LS1's.

Yeah, I am just finishing stage 1 this winter/spring. I am just hoping to get into the 13's... Maybe I can get 12's by the end of the season? This season will be much bigger for me than last... (which was my first). Good luck to everyone, hope to see some of you Chicago guys down in Joliet.

you guys can look at my mods and tell me what you think... but im hoping for a 12.5 on 22 lbs and race gas along with a 75 shot... will have a supra sidemount clutch datalogger and etc etc....

i would still be happy with a 12.9.... think ill be able to do it

Bought and ran car bone stock at 14.8@90mph.

Already bought and installed Brode UICP w/ Greddy Type S, MBC@15lbs. All free mods done.

With the setup I have planed out I will be in the low 12's. Daily Drivin.

Goals for next year:
  • High 12s in the 1g, which should be doable with exhaust, cooling, and tuning.
  • High 11s in the 2g, assuming the engine, turbo, and tuning all come together as I'm expecting.
  • Hit at least a few regional SCCA Solo2 events, in addition to running with the small non-SCCA club I've been racing with so far. Work on becoming more competitive through proper car setup and judicious tightening of the loose nut behind the wheel.
  • Hit at least one "real" track event, such as the High Performance Car Control Clinic offered around here each year.
  • Break in affordable ways. ;)

Well...considering last season i made a 13.5@101 pass on my 14b :thumbdown (one and only pass) i was going for 12's on the 14b. But i just picked up an fp green so im shooting for mid low 12's on pump early in the season, then 120mph traps after i get my shit together.

I always see you trying to sell or part out your car, are you keeping it, selling it or what?

no im not selling the car, im always trying something diffrent to see what works better for me and what i like more. i have it all settled now on what im doing. should see my goal really easy :thumb:

I didn't take my car to the track last year with the old hurting 14b.I am hoping to run it a couple of times this year.I have quite a few mods and only really lack a good fmic I think now to turn some good times.I will be pretty happy with some low 12s at 115 or so and anything in the 11s will be great.I may also add a nice sheetmetal intake manifold depending on what times I can run with the other mods.I for sure hope my 50 trim can get me into the 11s.I was torn between and evo big 16 and the 50 trim but thought the 50 trim should have a bit more potential.Guess we will see.

Just hope to have the thing running, after its' 2 year nap

long story short:
money
time and
getting ripped off on a $4500 2.4L motor
Lesson - have your machine work done locally!!!

Now collecting all the small parts to put the "new" rebuilt engine back in the car.

Can't wait to hopefully pull a low 12, and slice some cones, again.
