1G FP Green install issue. Water line?

Nope different size and thread. I heard that from a few local DSM guys also. My fp green is ball bearing though and I'd like to keep it happy as long as possible LOL

Idk man. I would bolt down the water line tight, then pry it up just a tad. Have you talked to FP?

Yeah I did message Robert he said they've used stock lines multiple times with no issues. I opted for a barb fitting instead looks like it'll work just fine.
 
Isn't the top line supposed to be your oil feed, I have a 2g but just confirming? See attached a photo of mine with the rear housing off.

For those curious, this is another option


The stock coolant line looked like it needed lots of tweaking. I hate AN lines/fittings, so after some research it appears that hose I posted will work with just a -6 to stock water pipe adapter.

This is the adapter needed


My line is in the mail so I can’t verify 100%, but research shows others using this coolant line setup with success
