So i currently have a hahn 16g. If i am correct, it is a td05 housing and has a 10cm hotside. Not sure what the flow rate is for it.

Now im considering upgrading to the new 71 hta which is also tdo5 and 8cm hotside, flowing at 51lbs/min.

Would this be a big upgrade or not worth it? Im looking for ATLEAST 375WHP-400WHP ON 93 PUMP. I also like the spooling of a tdo5 so im hesitant to step up to a td06 Green.

From what ive heard, im thinking my hahn 16g would only net me about 300whp tuned.

I ran 12.4 on my hrc s16g, at 19.5-20psi boost I saw 37lb/min airflow and that seemed to be the most it would handle. So the 71hta would definitely be a upgrade flowing 51lb/min. The Hahn 16g is just a small 16g with a 10cm hotside and down firing compressor cover. I was probably 360-380hp going off link est and good drag pulls.

i was curious of the spool difference of a 16g 10cm vs a 71 hta (similar to 20g) 8cm? interesting..

also how would the 71 hta compare to a 50 trim? as far as spool time, and hp/tq output?

I'm pretty sure nobody's ever set one up that way, so you're not easily going to find an answer to such a question.

Similar airflow perhaps, but the 71HTA is light years ahead of the T04E50 in terms of technology and efficiency (spool, airflow related to boost, etc).

So JusMX141, Would u think the 71 hta on 93 pump should be able to hit 400whp on a 2.0l gsx?

I'm just glad you aren't looking for a Hanh 20g as an upgradeLOL I'm not very happy with mine, it's overly laggy and doesn't put up the airflow to compensate for that lag.
