Evo3 16g or rs49t for gs-t

Im looking ot be as fast of a gst as i can be without internals. I hate traction problems thats why i am thinking one of these 2 smaller turbos. I know everything about both but im not that experienced in the world of dsm. Living in minnesota you dont find to many other dsmers. Anyone with opnions on which one would be better for me plz share. Also i have walbro 255 and saf-c soon i will have 680's too. Thats not in my profile yet. I want something to help me dip past stupid wanna bees at the stop light instead of looking like one since my car blows off the line.
