Blow off valve connected to...?

Okay i have a 1G Eagle Talon Tsi AWD Turbo. I just put a hose going from the blow off valve to the air intake because when it is not connected to it, then the car eventually turns off. Is this right? Like the part on the blow off valve where the air comes out has a hose going from it to a part on the intake. IS that okay?

Yes thats the recirculating tube. You have it the correct way.

okay but it doesn't really make that cool sound when i rev the engine and the car isnt moving. and also what about those cars that dont have it connected to the intake? how do you make it like that?

I would start by reading some of the 2134612368127367861283 threads on this site about venting the BOV.

You get rid of the MAF. And use speed density or something else.
