I wonder if I could get some help with a problem Ive been having. I own a 2G Eclipse GSX, it is stock except for intake, exhaust and a blow off valve. Recently my blow-off valve has been acting up. As everyone knows, after the throttle is released and the turbo cuts off the exhaust gas flow the blow off valve will vent to the atmosphere making the PSSSH! sound. But on my car after it vents, it vents again...only for a shorter time and higher-pitched. Nothing on my car has changed as far as parts go and I cant think why it would vent again, because there is no extra air to vent, as i lose some boost when this second release happens. Any information suggestions, advice is a big help guys, thanks.

Check for vacume leaks from the bov to the intake manifold in the vacume line. It is sourcing vacume from after the TB right?
