Bought a built short block from Performance Partout, threw it in the car after some inspection, and it ran perfectly aside from my belt issues you can see in my other posts. Was going to do a clutch and some other things, started pulling my motor apart only to find my oil pump and rod bearings pretty chewed up.

Now my dilemma is I can only find one thing on the rod bearings. I believe them to be 1mm oversize which I know is pushing it in terms of bearing size.

I am going to plastiguage the rod bearings and get some basic clearances later today.

Does anyone know where I could find some replacement bearings in the same size?

You should mic out the rod journals to be sure, but that 1.00 is probably indeed the undersized amount in millimeters. Im sure you realize, but the issue with that much of a cut on the journals of the crank is that it will almost definitely remove all of the nitride case hardening treatment. I'm pretty sure ACL makes 7 bolt rod bearings for 1mm undersize, but I don't know of any others that do. You might consider contacting a business local to you for a rehardening treatment.

My honest opinion, the same size bearings wouldn't probably work for you. You really should find another crank that is not cut that much and rebuild the engine properly in the right way if you don't want to apart the engine again soon.
Judging by the pics and as you mentioned that the oil pump is also shot, at least the journal that was paired with that bearing probably being damaged and need to be cut more, which means you will need a .050" oversize bearing set. No major manufacturer makes .050" (1.25mm) as off the shelf set. .040" set is the thickest you can get in the market, but it is NOT recommended/common to have the crank cut .040" for turbo 4g63. That's why many store don't even list it.
Even if it wouldn't need to be cut, I don't recommend to keep using that crank that has already been cut .040" especially if you would be boosting.
In case if you would like to try, then your options would be ACL Aluglide or King standard bearings, those models have .040" (1.0mm) size (Not ACL Race series or King XP series). You can order it through any stores that carry ACL or King bearings by telling the part number. The ACL Aluglide rod bearings 7 bolt (+1.0mm) part number is 4B1185A-1.0. King Bearing is CR4120SI-1.0.
