Hiya guys. First off, happy freedom day!
I've run into an issue with my car.
I'll set the scene for you.
So I'm sitting at work (I work at a daycare) laying on the floor reading a book to the last kid there and I here a horn go off. Not just a quick blast but like a full on incessant horn.
I think "oh shit that's luna"
I go outside and sure enough, my 2g is going off. Headlights are on, horns blasting.
I jump in, turn the key and... still going.
Turn the key off, still going.
Pop the hood. Disconnect rhe battery. Hey!it stopped!
Re connect the battery and as sooooon as I touch the negative terminal it's off again.
I get home, check all the fuses and such and everything work but I can't get the horn or the headlights to turn off replaced the alternator choke fuse, check all my headlights and horn fuses.
WHAT IS GOING ON???
My dsm friends said it's the alarm system, only I hAve no idea where the alarm system is or how to disable it. Whaaaatttt the fuuuudgggeeee do I dooooooooooo

Check the switch under the hood sometimes they get bent down and can cause the alarm to go off. It is driver side behind the headlight.if it looks fine give it a little upwards bend and see if it helps.

So quick update on this. I got my alternator replaced, as well as my alternator choke fuse switched (not in that order) butr the headlights still stay on. i disconnected both horns because they were loud and annoying, ive checked all the relays for horn and headlights, and all three are signficanly hotter than any other fuse when i touch them. I have yet to get my hands on a muktimeter but im starting to think some wires got crossed? if anyone has had an issue like this before i would greatly appreciate the help.

Secondary update.
NY car has been stalling quite often since this started. I tried unlocking both doors as well as my tailgate and the lights are still on.
So I'm starting to think there us a short in the system.
Anyone have an issues with headight/horn wires crossing paths? Or maybe anything even remotely smiliar?

THIRD update.
No longer stalling. Replaced the o2 sensor in the downpipe, switched the maf sensor and it's all good now.
But, still the issue with headlights/horn. Any help at all?

I'm not entirely sure if it's an aftermarket alarm.
I know I have a keyless entry key fob. I've red to research the company but anytime I enter in my key fob ID number it tells me it doesn't exist.
I just went today and replaced my headlight low beam bulbs. If that has anything to du with it I've also recently noticed the relays for my headlights, fog lights, and horn get WAAAYYYY too hot. Like, will cauterize a wound if you tried. What is happening anyone? Any thing at all???

I don't see any mention of any wire chasing or any identification of any sort. You're going to have to get dirty. Disconnect the battery, start chasing wires and find out what you do or don't have. It will be difficult if not impossible for any one of us to tell you what's wrong if you don't at least tell us what you have or don't have. Just a blind gas but you have an aftermarket alarm that is now faulty and you will have to completely uninstall it. But like I said that's a blind guess because you have given us no information at all

Post a picture of the fob and the numbers on it. If it is aftermarket, one of the internal components of the brain could be faulty causing your issues.

Sorry for the lack of info yall. Between work and school I've had little time to look into things and what not.

Yet another update. I called the keyless ride hotline and spoke to a rep. Re-cycled the locks and double checked the fob buttons worked.
Headlights remain on. I can also turn my high beams on with the low ones still staying lit as well.
