alright i have a question about an air filter ive got a big 16g turbo and im going to be running a maft with blow threw set. I want to know what size the air filter has to be to go over the intake part of the turbo im just going to put the air filter on the end of the turbo and call it a day thanks for all the help

Which is very small and real close to a lot of heat. Best bet is connect a 3" pipe to the turbo with a coupler and run that to a filter.

Agreed.

I see people do it all the time and I wonder why. A pipe and a coupler isn't that expensive, just get em :thumb:

I 2nd that. You don't want the filter next to that heat. You should have better results if you pipe it close to the stock position (because of heat).
