95 TSi Build - wire tuck / brake line tuck / engine bay shave

I just got here... but hell I am really interested ! I wish I can gather the courage to tackle a project like this ... but I get overwhelmed with mess and I think I would spend more time reorganizing all the parts out of the car than putting the time to make it look nice in the car ! I think I am slightly OCD haha WTF

alright ladies and gents... some might not be in the right order. reason being is all I was doing through the build is taking pictures of my progress and doing the build. haha. I didn't really sign on tuners because i was simply busy.

Again, any questions about my work, feel free to ask. im not implying my work is the best or the only way, but my way did work. k thanks.

IF YOU DECIDE TO USE MY PICTURES OR MENTION ANYTHING THAT I DID. PLEASE BE NICE ENOUGH TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR MY HARD WORK, AND REFERENCE ANYTHING TO THIS THREAD. NONE OF THIS WAS EASY...
PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

i didnt feel like spending 80 something dollars for an ugly ass harness, so i cut off the 95-96 cam sensor sonnector and soldered in the 97-99 connector, i found a good 98 motor with 2% leakdown .. near perfect motor. pulled it out of a t-boned bone stock automatic gsx. i just wired it in color matched and switched the plug wires around. i dont recall having to invert signal on dsm link either.

if you dont have dsmlink, i think all you have to do is solder the red from the 97-99 connector to the blue on your 95-96 harness .
and the blue wire from the 97-99 connector to the red wire on the 95 96 harness, and black to black.

----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------

AND THE MOMENT EVERYONE WAS WAITING FOR!!!....... I think 0_o....

The brake line tuck!!!

The complete ABS system was removed/cancelled/chopped off/discarded/deleted/trashed/put in its place/retired.. u get the idea.. sensors complete wiring the sensors under the fenders EVERYTHING ABS related was removed!!! I took weight reduction seriously :/

so i of course got a prop valve from a Non ABS equipped eclipse/talon. the non-turbo prop valves are identical, and so are most of the other non ABS mitsubishi's of that year range. If u decide to delete your ABS system, just get a prop valve the same year as your car. example 95-99 non abs eclipses are the same. idk about 1g's though.

so i completely removed the wiper system from the car from wiper blades to wire harness for them, all the way to the fuse box and switch on the steering column, the right way to remove a system from your car.

44709_144272492272394_100000689333739_273128_974716_n.jpg

I dont have pictures of it, or i can't find them yet. but i ran the lines to each wheel on each side of under the wiper cowel to under the front fenders. i drilled holes on each side and ran them under the fenders and the two under the car to the rear wheels.
sry i cant find those pictures.
