4G64 Turbo kit for 3g on 2g?

since the 2g GS Spyder has the same 2.4 4g64 as the 3g 2.4, couldnt i use a 3g turbo kit? with some modifying, i can get everything to fit. the manifolds both have the same pattern. the ECU should adjust the A:F with readings from the O2 right? would i have to get bigger Injectors and Fuel Pump?

Or you could pull the motor, beef up the internals with stroker pistons and rods, and drop a 63 head on it.

The 4g64 in the 3G is rotated 180 degrees(if I'm not mistaken), much like the 4g63 is in the Evos compared to first and second gens. I suppose you could use some pieces, but in the end you'd still need a DSM style turbo.

The kit won't be a direct bolt on.

If under 8psi keep the stock internals and just drop a 4g63 head on it. Then use the 63 manifolds, etc. Also you have the black box ecu that can be programmed
