- Bought it in '12 for a daily driver. Unsatisfied with the 141hp/155tq the rather large 2.4 made. Tried intake/exhaust and was greeted with a gain of 26hp (log taken before and after) with a max power rating of 136WHP and 169WTQ. This still wasn't enough for me, I did a lot of research and decided to go turbo. I decided on an MHI 16g because spool time on a 2.4 is nonexistent. Ended up running 19psi on stock 9.5:1CR internals and making 319.6whp/318.9wtq. Since then I've upgraded to a Holset H1C
