I drive a 1995 Eclipse GSX with swapped 1997-1999 engine. I just added an amp power line and replaced AC belt and now the car won’t start.

I have access to ECMLink as well. The car cranks, no start, and the ECU is ok besides for a few codes. I don’t think I hear the fuel pump prime when I put the key in on position but I also can’t find any of the fuses for most of the stuff I should check. I have removed the amp wiring too.

OK so I'm going by your description assume the car ran prior just fine to your amp "power line" and AC belt replaced.
I am making this assumption so i can skip what would stop a 97+ motor from starting in a 95. Nothing motor wise but sensor, wiring, ect.

1. The fuel pump will not run in key on position unless in link set to. Stock it only runs when cranking or the motor is running.

2. I am going to guess the amp power line is a power cable from battery to supply a aftermarket amp. That will not stop it from starting on it's own.

3. You replaced the AC belt. When you did that did you unplug anything? I ask as the AC plug is the same as the crank sensor plug by memory. They have different color wires but the plug's harness side are the same and if harness is loose back there could possibly be mixed up. By memory the AC plug has green wire or wires. Crank plug does not, they are black, red, ect. No green wires on crank plug either way.

Thanks for responding, I got the fuel pump on in ECMLink, but I still have no start, I did test fuel injectors and spark plugs and found fuel injectors work but my spark plugs do not fire.

Double check every electrical connection in and around where you were working. Wiring might be brittle so check for broken leads too.
Coil pack, crank sensor, power transistor come to mind.

I have tested crank sensor and it reads rpm’s and the test light blinks, and. I get voltage when I crank although it is only about 6v-8v on my multimeter. My power transistor seems to be the only thing that may be bad to I bought a replacement. I also checked my ECU is sending signals to my PTU but I thinks it’s broken. Is 6v-8v ok when reading the fluctuating voltage out of my coil packs?
