2G Starting issue

I need help with my starting issue, I know it doesn’t help that it doesn’t have much gas (2 gallons ish) but at first it would take a couple tries to start it and when I would give it gas the response would be very delayed by like 2 seconds and before it revved any higher it would just die. I replaced my fuel pump a week ago and it still does the same thing, it starts high then goes really low then stays alive low for a little then just dies. Is it faulty fuel pump or another underlying issue? Any feedback will be helpful thank you.

I updated my profile sorry, It hasn’t run perfectly in my position but it wasn’t ever this bad usually like 3-4 tries until it stays alive and I can give it gas and drive it. No codes or anything for it so I’m not sure really.

Not quite, I’m about to replace the “Water Temperature Gauge” that’s the name on the stm tuned shop, because I tried finding if the wire was damaged at all and so far couldn’t find any visible damage and didn’t want to take apart the whole harness, so I tried re crimping the connection onto the connector and didn’t seem to help
