Hello guys,

Wiseco has come up with a new range pistons
http://www.wiseco.com/Catalogs/SportCompact/MiniMitsu.pdf

The new series which is called Asymmetric Skirt design is new design piston but it is listed under the evo4-9 section.
We used to believe that Evo4-9 pistons works for us without any issues. But please look at the picture below

A Wiseco 1400HD stroker piston vs the new Asymmetric piston for the 4G63 stroker

We can see that the new Asymmetric pistons have much more higher Compression Height. My question would be ,
will it be an issue if it is fitted to a DSM head :) , following calculations, we run a 47cc chamber head,
so the 9.5:1 CR becomes 9:1 once its on a DSM. My question would be , clearance ?

thanks a million guys, BTW checkout HD2 by Wiseco, its in the catalog too
