Im running an act 2600 and new master, slave, throughout bearing, fork, extended slave rod, extended master rod and stainless steel clutch line. Bleed & adjusted properly and the clutch still disengauges at the floor and im tired of it. A "performance" clutch should disengauge at the top, not the bottem. So where does your clutch disengauge at and what kind of clutch are you running?
 
You are using 2 extended rods is your problem and the master is not adjust properly. Mine disengages 3-4 inches from the floor with everything completely stock. There is a bleeder inside the master that lets fluid in and out. if your over extended it will never reach the bleeder. When you get under the car does the slave fully push the fork.
 
Yes, the fork appears to fully extend. When i adjusted the pedal i turned it out until the fork wouldnt depress by hand and turned it down a notch until it would depress so I wouldnt get pump up.
 
Well if the slave is in fact fully extended it is possible that the step height on the flywheel is wrong, your fork is bent, or you didn't shim your pivot ball or it is worn.. Go to WELCOME TO TRE   WE SPECIALIZE IN MANUAL TRANSMISSION REPAIR and he has a nice write up on how the slave should be working. Is your clutch fork centered when the clutch is not depressed?
 
im running the same set up as yours stock disengagement. i replaced everything when i did my clutch master slave fork and ball and im using the stock rods. honestly the rods are bandaids for worn parts i have zero engagement and disengagement issues, and neither should you if its adjusted correctly Jacks Transmissions LLC — Tech Articles

also what was your step height cut to on your flywheel?
 
I used both those web sites when I was doing my adjustments. The extended rods were a last resort because before i put them in it was right on the floor. Now it might be an inch off of the floor. Im not sure what they machined it to unfortunately.

I would start by bleeding it a few more times and checking the fluid level again. If you installed a new master and slave you shouldn't have needed the extension rods. I had installed new everything when I replaced my clutch with the ACT 2100 that's in it now, and it disengaged at the top of the stroke.

I live in South Bend and work in Elkhart where you live. I sent you a PM with my number so maybe if you're not partying the whole weekend (WOO HOO 4th of July!) we can pull our heads together and run through some troubleshooting. However, my clutch decided it was going to stop disengaging while I was at work on Friday, and it is still sitting in the parking lot there because it won't go into gear. I'm hoping it just needs to be adjusted :pray: and not need a new clutch again.
