I got a 3" Catback done with a megan muffler, and im looking to change the intake/filter so I can breath better, what do you guys suggest? Also what would I need to do, any tuning? After I get an intake and a 1G Bov im looking to turn up my boost to about 15.\

Thanks for the help!

FP intake pipe! And as far as actual intake just find some kit at an autopart store that comes with the adapter plate.

Stock inlet turbo go with he "chrome intake" eBay pipe. Larger than 16g go with the FP pipe. If you are going to be MAF less then go Dejon Tool in the same size as the turbo inlet.

Hell, the intake pipe was the last thing I upgraded as I got the Dejon tool pipe in a 4" diameter to match my Holset. Before that it was the stock rubber pipe.

The Chrome Intakes will be fine, the only thing I would recommend is getting a better MAF to filter adaper than the one that comes with it, it's cheap plastic and puts the filter at a slight angle that doesn't like to cear the fender frame rail very well.

ExtremePSI.com sells an adaptor with a K&N filter for $56.00, which is quite a bit more than eBay, but you know you're getting a quality part (and buying it from fellow American enthusiasts, which is a plus in my book). They also sell a full intake kit for $150.

BTW - how do you like your Megan set-up??

I've been looking at that set-up because it seems like a pretty good deal for a brand-name exhaust system. I've always liked the suspension stuff I've got from Megan, but I've never bought any of their exhaust stuff.

Anybody got any thoughts/comments on the Megan 3" exhaust??

like everyone else says . Any pipe with vaccum fittings and a inlet to attach recirc tube no tune just a boost controller and hit the road
