Eventually I'll have black seats too as my tan ones have seen WAY better daysoh that makes much more sense
that's going to set that tan off like a firecracker. need to see that after -- a friend wants to swap in his black/tan pieces in his 2g as well, it might cause him to do the same
I'll post pics of carpet once finished thoughBlack and tan in another car I have.Black and Tan looks so good. Black and Tan for life.
Sick. I love it.Not the greatest picture but here's my black and tan interior with black carpet and black speaker grills. I think it sets it off perfectly.

In that situation I buy studs that I can weld(even if not the prettiest) to the O2 housing. Makes lining up the 2 alot easierWell, things didn't go as plannedthat downpipe install fought me the whole way... then couldn't even finish. Have to go find some nuts and bolts to connect o2 housing and downpipe. There's no threads on my o2 flange
. Dying the carpet tomorrow and while it dries I'm gonna get the hardware needed for exaust... just gonna hold this "L" for the day
I didn't have much luck with the rit dye in a salt water bath. When you rinse it, most of it comes out. It eventually looks like it was a dark blue. I gave it a shot with Duplicolor vinyl and fabric paint, and it's definitely black now. Seems to be holding up well.Got the carpet dyed. I think it'll dry up nice! Used the rit dye.

Good grief you're right. Stupid moment #2 for me in the span of a week or so. I didn't notice the letters at the bottom until I took the picture with the flash up close. After looking it up...it is just that which makes sense on why it was wired to the horn. I think the gate latch tops this but dang man that's another face palmI'm thinking aftermarket alarm system
No worries only reason I even knew was mine came with one from previous owner nd I ripped it all out because if I locked the door from inside (power locks quit working) and unlocked it with a key it would still go off and couldn't make it stop unless I popped the trunk with the keyGood grief you're right. Hopefully this isn't a testament to how I put the engine together because that would be bad
Hopefully I can use the splice points for the gauges though so it may prove useful but yeah man that thing is definitely coming outNo worries only reason I even knew was mine came with one from previous owner nd I ripped it all out because if I locked the door from inside (power locks quit working) and unlocked it with a key it would still go off and couldn't make it stop unless I popped the trunk with the keyit became quite annoying
