Timing belt tensioner arm sleeve

Since the timing belt tensioner arms are no longer in production, I was wonder why someone hasn’t made sleeves/replacement bushings for the arm. They are removable, correct?

I didn’t know that. A bit pricey at $75. .... Btw just got your shifter bushings today. Pumped to get them on
