4g63t will thermo intake spacer on a stock motor change of cause any idle issues or an changes to how the car is running

No, usually it doesn't cause anything if you install it properly. But if the egr port on the head is not blocked off, you may have melted the spacer and it would cause boost/vacuum leak and would affect performance.

Ok thanks going to have to check it out ive been having bad idle issues and hope that is it

Maybe the old one was leaking and the car was adjusted to compensate for it?
