that's a lot of pipe work!
I guess I would have to look at 25.4 rules, but I know for a 25.5 chassis in Minnesota the 2nd cross bar for the main hoop would have to be a little lower, and the inner funny car bar would have to go down to the 2nd cross bar for the main hoop, but as long as it gets the sticker you are good to go.
