so i am slowly learning exactly what i have in my car that the previous owner did to it. the maft is giving me quite a bit of confusion. i finally found out i can tune somewhat with this thing, i opened up the top and all the guages were at 0 with all the switches in the off position. the car runs well and everything but all these are set to 0 how can that be? im looking into tuning this here on the internet since i dont have a manual, and it says a lot about fuel trims and o2 sensor readings and stuff. do i need a wideband to tell me whats going on? id like to tune this asap since it looks like these settings could possibly hurt my engine. any help is apreciated,
Thanks guys!

You can download the user manual here:

Yes, you'll want a wideband and some sort of logger before you start tuning. This way you can monitor your car and what it's doing.

Just a heads up - the MAFT is not an ideal way to tune. Most people use the MAFT as just a translator and tune with another method (S-AFC, DSMlink, etc.). It's just not an easy thing to tune with.

sweet! that manual helps alot. i dont want to use the translator to "tune" because i run stock boost and injectors but id like to tune it for the maf so that my engine doesnt get hurt. since its damn near impossible to get a job, i wont have enough money to get a wideband for a while so id like to find a tune that will get me by untill then.
