Okay, sorry for posting here, but I really couldn't find anywhere else to post this. But anyway, here is the issue:

I have a 94 Eclipse 1.8 non turbo, I received the car with the factory air box taken out, with filter just sitting in the bay, dangling like a limp penis, I pulled off the filter and masf is cracked and busted up, (no wonder i smelled gas and had bogging issues). So my questions are as follows:

Will a GM MAF and MAFT work on my car to install a nice short ram?

If so, should I buy new or find used to save money?

If purchased, how difficult is the maft to tune, am I going to throw it after a couple of hours?

Don't even bother, it won't work with your car. Just to start off, your injector size isn't even in the maf-t chart for settings.

Yes go to a junkyard and get a factory mas and call it a day. The 1.8 has no potential and is not worth modding.
Save up and get a 4g63t dsm.

Okay, thanks for the tip, but I just lost a 95 GSX and dont plan on dumping money into or for another one, but I love my non turbo, so I figured I'd ask. Thanks. :thumb:
