really it repends on waht kind of money you want to spend on it . You can do abit of both really if you want , get it a nice paintjob to make it look sharp lower it maybe slap a lip on and turbo it

Thats coming form a guy who cuts holes in his hatch cover and mounts three speakers on there that steal power from the rear speakers. LOL

haha just playin with ya man. :thumb:

Best body kit? 2gb Talon Front, 2gb Talon Rear, 2gb Talon Wing, 2ga Talon Side skirts. Talon Head lights are a must, and then IMO if you could get the Eclipse tailights to fit with the talon rear bumper it would look sick.

Not a big fan of those low dragging body kits with tons of huge holes and shin bruisers sticking out the front.

+1. Best looking "body kit" there is.

IMO and most of the people on this site, if your want a sweet look, throw some rims on it, and lower it some. and save your money for a turbo dsm rather than boosting the nt. i had a pretty clean looking nt for 3 years, then bought a 98 gsx about a month ago :D but in the end its all up to do, do what you want, and what you think will make your car look sweet. or you wont ever be happy with it.

ok thanks everyone! i have made the decision! i will just get 17" rims with Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs with tokico illuminas shocks/struts. sound good everyone?!

Dont do either.. Your car is slow and will stay slow unless you boost is which is pretty expensive LOL.. Save your money up and by a 2gb and lower that baby and BAM!! You have a show worthy car!

And Tanro I'm pretty sure the 2gb ECLIPSE wing is the sexier looking wing show wise.

Personal Opinion. I prefer the boomerang wing to the high-rise wing. But I would take either. How ever, not a big fan of the thumbnail or low-rise wing. The talon kit is somewhat more aggressive and a large bit rarer.

LOL sounds good, but why 17's? if your gonna go for an apperance then id do 18's, i had 18's on my gs with a 2in drop, with no rubbing and without rolling the fenders.

I'm guessing you have never been in a turbo car.. Once you see the light (or boost I mean) you will be converted.. you could save the money that you were going to spend on those useless parts for the n/t... And buy a 2g dsm.. Search on craigslist and do some research.. They go for under $3 grand ya know.. But if you feel like throwing money away at n/t go ahead. This is just my opinion though. :thumb:

:applause: Congratulations on outlining the most sensible solution.

This is exactly why I ended up with a turbo dsm.

IMO 99 Conversion. make sure you get the side skirts to because they make a huge difference in the way it looks, and get stock tail lights, maybe paint the center light to match whatever color you paint your car(I can't tell but it looks primered from your avatar)

Make sure you have the car running PERFECTLY before you start doing performance mods. you don't want to mod an unhealthy motor. Then, you can either boost it without upgrading internals, but you cant run more than 7 lbs of boost reliably.

or you could build your motor, THEN boost.

Oh I already figured I was doing a 99conversion with front and rear and side skirts. Then also get front lip. Looks better than a kit any day. Then continue maintence that just occured and then work on boosting and rebuilding internals

Be VERY CAREFUL about lowering it; I dropped mine two inches on tokico blues, and ruined my front bumper trying to get into my own f**king driveway! So, I no longer use my driveway for my own freakin' car. Every time I drive over a speed bump, it's like a slow, agonizing, highly anticipated collision. And pray to god and all that is holy that nobody is around to hear the bottom of your car getting torn to pieces as you drive over it. Also to mention, how hard on the legs it can be to get in and out of the car itself. YOu feel every bump on the road. Makes alright if you've been drinking, and when your friend drives you home, you can crawl right out of your car cause it's on ground level... Anyways, just be realy careful. It's got a sexy stance, but I can't even drive into my own garage anymore...
