so everyone i know wants me to car show it instead of performance it.....not really my style. rather go fast than let car sit and be seen you know?! but then again i also want to be sexy. EVERYONE wants me to body kit the ride but idk if i want to or not. have "kinda" been a fan of body kits and vented fenders and doors. so....i just asking everyones opion on if you should body kit it AND put some performance in it! votes please and thanks let me know

i'd just do a full 97-99 eclipse swap but i would go no further than that as far as a body kit, that's just my two cents.

Best body kit? 2gb Talon Front, 2gb Talon Rear, 2gb Talon Wing, 2ga Talon Side skirts. Talon Head lights are a must, and then IMO if you could get the Eclipse tailights to fit with the talon rear bumper it would look sick.

Not a big fan of those low dragging body kits with tons of huge holes and shin bruisers sticking out the front.

See I was looking at more simple look. Just kinda wanted rear bumper and side skirts. And the front bumper looks kinda like a 97-99 swap. So it's more simple but just rear bumper. But also just little lower to ground too. Especially with lowering springs and shocks

You obviously want to do a body kit, otherwise you wouldn't come on here asking an opinion. If you own an RS you've got a long ways to go to make it fast. If you decide you want a body kit, just do it right and don't half ass it or cut corners.

Dont do either.. Your car is slow and will stay slow unless you boost is which is pretty expensive .. Save your money up and by a 2gb and lower that baby and BAM!! You have a show worthy car!

And Tanro I'm pretty sure the 2gb ECLIPSE wing is the sexier looking wing show wise.

okay everyone i think i decided on keeping it without the body kit and dropping it only. but with a 99 conversion. ### now i thought of it and body kit it AND lower it for smoother ride i will pretty much be dragging haha so i just decided on lowering it down instead. thanks

To the OP: Your car will either be a show car or a performer. Choose one and stick with it. Every body kit I've ever had experience with isn't really meant for the street. The fiberglass gradually comes apart at highway speeds, you will hit curbs, scrape it on the pavement, etc.
Given your car's current engine configuration, you aren't going to be reaching the speeds that spoilers come into play.

Besides, playing dress up with your car and getting body kits, neon, and Cessna wings don't get you laid. Leather seats and a sub 14 second 1/4mi. do.

The site is called tuners, not tricked-out. Few ppl here will support body kits and the like.

Good luck with whatever you choose though.

really it repends on waht kind of money you want to spend on it . You can do abit of both really if you want , get it a nice paintjob to make it look sharp lower it maybe slap a lip on and turbo it

haha true point. i decided on just dropping it down with springs and shocks haaha look good and drives smoother than a body kit can do haha dont do nothing but looks and i need to drive smooth
