Quick pic update , mounted it for a test fit ..Pulled it off had the hx35 ported , picked up the 38mm wg ,..Just waiting on the 5 bolt to dsm exhaust flange in the mail ..Waiting on warm weather to put in the new valve cover gasket

Sorry didn't see your post , no Full break in is done 750-1000 km's per clutch

Then how in the world did they fail? Its not like everyone else does half throttle with them and the clutch does take less stress on fwd since the tires will burn

After some thinking and talking with others , I decided it was time to pick up an awd car , tossed up a post for an awd with blown engine since funds are tight , 2 days later someone posted an awd with #4 piston spun barring , engine and driveline out ..Decided to take the gamble , engine came with new barrings , my biggest issue is if the tranny and tcase are still good ..I have had many many many bad experiences with the stock-buildt trannys in awd talons...I am already crying because i know this time wont be no different...Going with a act 2900 pp stock flywheel act 6 puck unsprung race disk , front to back 3" exhaust ...
Need some decent priced suspension upgrade options ??

I will still be finishing the fwd car with out slicks , putting down some runs before i toss the engine , turbo , fmic , sd , slicks on the awd talon project

After talking to some people , i will be ordering sd and Boost Control Solenoid
On a side note i ordered the t3/t4 to dsm flange 02 housing ..Went to put it on and of course the flange is not for the hx35 , so i have to get one cnc'd and custom fabbed ..In the end $300-$350 02 housing it was my bad for not paying attention !!!

Plan to gut the interior of the awd , and start on a wire tuck , and get rid of the abs ...

Ordered SD and Boost Control Solenoid from ecm last night , Wow by the time i woke up it was already shipped love it
Started gutting the awd , will be attempting a full wire tuck , removing abs

The last 2 pics does any one have any idea what that is ???

Quick update
Installed the rc 1600cc injectors , will be wiring up sd tomorrow ...Still trying to find someone to fab a vband to dsm exhaust 02 housing ,..Once all that is done get her tuned , And track time !!!

That is a ignition immobilizer! I had one similar if you don't have the little key thing in the car won't start! Mine came with that car and is now in a box pretty useless haha

got the exhaust and wg dump tube done today , just have to finish off the ic piping and weld the bung for iat ....Then its time to get a tune and e85 hopefully

Finally finished the beast , after some set backs , some other minor issues ..Got it tuned and ready to hit the track tomorrow ,..Videos and numbers will follow soon after!!

Hit the track yesterday ....Bad news car shut off leaving 2nd gear (still using the n/t trans)...Ran 15.99
Will be ripping into it tomorrow to see what happened..hoping its mpi related , when i was trying to start it back up while coasting down the track it was cranking , couldn't hear the fuel pump on tho
