Woowwww. The manifold was built around a 2g radiator. I obviously had an aluminum rad 2 weeks ago before i punctured it. The 1g rad will be too much a pain to make custom brackets, same with the afco at the moment. I'll probably jus go dual
Core mishimoto if anything happens. This rad was taken off a low mile talon.

I know it shouldnt br a probem cause I'm a welder, but I'm too lazy right now haha.

As
For the hoses, the silicone and oem ones never showed fatigue no matter how hot things got over the last 11k miles.

Thanks irish,
It's been a long expensive journy.

Well, it wasn't easy but the damn thing is back together. It's 110* outside and a cool 104* out in my garage with a small fan blowing, I was dripping sweat all over the damn place. After I put everything back together I had to wipe all the sweat drops off of everything, what a day.

Looking at this makes me smile though, I'm two headlights and a front bumper away from driving this thing around once again.

My 2013 engine bay...

Thank you. Hows that 1g running? The heats terrible but there is a plus side to it. I used to run long distance to get a good sweat and I'd work on my car as a hobby, with this heat I can kill two birds with one stone. :rocks:

The fuse box is in the stock location, nothing has been touched. It sticks out like a sore thumb but I have yet to go full out on the relocation. As far as the engine harness goes - CPS, injectors, TPS, coil pack, IPT, noise capacitor all route under the intake manifold. Rotate the injectors down and run the connectors up through the runners of the IM, that way you never see the harness.

I'd take more detailed pictures but there really isn't much to see, everything is just routed so it's hidden.

^^^It's still running real good. I finally got my fic 1250cc injectors in the mail. I think my car will love the E-85.:hellyeah: That's cool you got your car together again, hope to see ya at some meets.

I know not really a engine bay pic ill try to take one as my girl takes up a lot of my dsm time... Best thing is the finished uicp to the stock sidemount and my valve cover haha.

Here's mine. It's now got a black aluminum radiator and shroud, but other than that this picture is current. (The idea was to hide everything for a sleeper effect. If you're interested, check my mods to see how much I have hidden.)

Dude really loving the simple sleeper white and black colors. Looks great man.

You ain't lyin. I really aim to have some low boost figures by the end of next week when I go out of town.

I've been in boost withdrawal since Oct 2011, when I first took this chassis apart. It was almost completely stock then.

Cracking clean off, like it sheared. Instantly pulled over since he threw down a HUGE smoke screen and the plastic inlet piece was still clamped inside of his upper radiator hose. LOL

This is exactly what happened to mine after 4-5 years of driving with a tubular manifold on, 1 day it just burst but I had just pulled into the garage so I was safe and lucky not driving when it did go, since then its Mishimoto for me and been great since, although did not really lower my temps as much as I thought it would
