besides this conversion has anyone ever seen a drivable car with a different light conversion?

that pic of the 1g has the sides skirts i wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahhh !!!!!!!!!! but yea i like s15 lights, its ust peopl do that mot to much, just like supra tails... owning a custom car with s15 heads and supra tails is like driving around a civic with an airplane hanging off the back.. :D haha i do like it though, just like blitz kits.

do supra heads! :thumb:

I dunno why we even have an interior/exterior section. Some people have to come in it to flame about the mods being non-performance. I still don't get it. I say do the conversion if you like it. I wouldn't do supras b/c they are too big. S2000 headlights might look nice. I always thought about 3000GT tail lights with dodge viper headlights.

dude, if u like it... its ur car. dont let anybody else tell u different. i'd never do it to my car but i have a 1g:talon: u do what u wanna do :thumb: . i agree with a few ppl on here... looks trashy on 1g's but awsome on 2g's. good luck and more power to ya man.

Hey guys, I know a lot of you guys out there would agree on the S15 headlights, but I wanted something within the family, and more up to date. It seems like all the cars that look sportier have the frontal/vertical headlights if you get what I'm saying. Like the 350Z, Lambo Murcielago, G35, even the older 300zx's. So I was thinking about a 3rd gen headlight conversion, or maybe a 3000gt or FTO headlight conversion. What do you guys think? Which do you like?

I did a quick photoshop, kinda rough. But I actually kinda like it... just use your imagination a little bit:thumb:

Well, I like the 3g headlights, it's actually the only thing I like about it. So i figured why not make my car a little more "up to date". It's not something I plan on doing soon. I have a little more to complete first. But now that I have a decent paying job, I figured i'd do some unique things to my car.

Well I'm getting ready to do a headlight conversion. I thought about the S15 but its been tried & proven I want to do something a little different. I just narrowed it down to 5 they are Mazda 6, Mazda 3, Bmw 745, Honda Accord ( 98 - 02), & finally the EVO III . So what you think out there any feedback is welcome. Thank You in advance. Oh yeah it will be black housing.

Go with Mazda six. That would look sick in a DSM. Plus the Mazda 6 lights are bad ass anyway.

I like the 6's headlights, but you will have a real pita trying to get the angle of the housing to light up correctly, they sweep back with the curvature of the body quickly, and they get quite a bit higher (vertically from the road) towards the outside. but if you can get it to work. . . :thumb:

just have some spare body pannels in case it doesnt go as planned. :(

that said, what about the acura TL headlights?

Thanks I checked out the mazda6 headlights up close today & I think they'll look great. I'm leaning towards the now

I don't like the 2 power scoops or what ever there called

LOL agreed, I don't like any mods to the 1G body style :thumbdown

thanks for the link though, I've never seen that before
