I have took tbem out to put the 2g mani on. All went in good. Couple days later i removed them to take off the turbo. Since then have not been able to get it in any farther. It does loosen up. I will get oem bolts and anti seize. Hoping it did not wrarp the 2g mani

Make sure you use two washers on each bolt so it doesn't back out, use only OEM washers.

They are specialized washers that are conical. The conical washer dots should face away from one another. So, one the lower washer's dot should face the exhaust manifold. The upper washer's dot should face away from the exhaust manifold.

I'd expect the mount is shot based on that picture. Was the timing side motor mount in place and bolted down when that picture was taken? If so, you might inspect it as well and consider replacing all mounts / mount bushings if it doesn't look like it is in great shape.

What issues would i have with with shot mounts? I get (little)normal vibration. When i rev the motor it barely moves any. Idk im so anal wbein it comes to my dsm.

Engine vibrations, engine damage, and broken accessories are all possibilities with bad engine mounts.

Those two mounts are very easy to check.
