[RESOLVED] Intermediate shaft bracket spacer?

When you take off the A/C bracket, what size shim is needed on the intermediate shaft bracket?

I am not sure of the exact distance, but I know you can use a bunch of washers stacked one on top of the other until you get fill the gap.

I have already been through two transmission seals, and I want to get it right this time.

I don't know what size it is but Mitsubishi makes a spacer that goes where the a/c bracket used to be, the part # is MB297732. It should fit perfectly.

Well...that's good to know. Maybe now, I can get rid of all of those washers that I am using.
