1G Output shaft and coupler

I need some help on finding some output shafts for the 1991 Eagle Talon, all-wheel-drive transmission and the transfer case part two so I can replace both together. I’m trying to find upgraded versions and I can’t even find factory ones for spares. Does anyone have any in good condition or point me in the direction of one

Idk if I have any, but what spline for the output shaft so we all know? 22 or 23?
The best inventory went away with a horrendous fire at @twicks69 shop a few years ago. It was such a bad loss for us DSMers and he and his family.

I’m pretty sure it’s the 23 spline. My car is being rebuilt and I want spares cause I’ve already gone through one and I know I’m gonna go through another. It’s the auto trans W4A33

It has been my experience that you will have the best luck finding 22 spline parts that are not wore out. All that stuff was cast aside 30 years ago and was not used really. I run 22 spline parts in my cars. There is no strength difference. My car did wheelies on a stock 22 spline tcase.

I will go whatever route if I toast the one that I have on there right now I would swap it into a 22 if I could find a 22 I just want spares cause I’ve already broken one and I’m probably gonna break another one while on the Dyno when I get it tuned

I may have a 23 spline auto transfer case input sleeve in storage, but I do not have any 23 spline W4A33 automatic transmission output shafts.

You broke a 23 spline auto Tcase shaft on the dyno?

No not yet I broke when getting on the freeway one day couple months ago and have a feeling when it gets put on the Dino for the tune ima break another
