1G Output shaft retainer bearing?

I pulled my transfer case the other day and the output shaft came out with it. Pulled the side cover and removed the vicious coupler and looked all around but couldn't find the ball bearing that holds the shaft in place. I have the part number for it but was wondering if I could just get a .25 cent ball bearing at Ace Hardware or is the Mitsubishi ball bearing made of some special alloy of unobtainium and gypsy tears.

It isn't fancy. I've used bearings from ace hardware.
